We may disclose your personal data to third parties where necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in Section 3, including:

  • Supabase Inc. — our cloud database provider (data stored on servers which may be located outside Singapore). Supabase maintains SOC 2 Type II certification and ISO 27001 compliance.
  • Resend Inc. — our email delivery provider, used to send notifications relating to your enquiry.
  • Vercel Inc. — our website hosting provider.
  • Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) bound by duties of confidentiality, where necessary.
  • Government authorities or law enforcement agencies, where required by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for their own marketing purposes.

7. Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore

Some of our third-party service providers (Supabase, Resend, Vercel) are based outside Singapore and your personal data may be processed on servers located outside Singapore. Before transferring personal data overseas, we take steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, including by relying on contractual arrangements, certifications or adequacy determinations where applicable.

8. Protection of Personal Data

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, including:

  • Row-Level Security (RLS) policies on our database to restrict access by role
  • Encrypted transmission of data via TLS/HTTPS
  • Access controls limiting personal data to authorised personnel only
  • Regular review of our data protection practices

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Retention of Personal Data

In the event of a data breach that results in, or is likely to result in, significant harm to affected individuals, or involves personal data of 500 or more individuals, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as required by the PDPA Notification of Data Breaches regulations (in force from 1 February 2021).
